Acorn and Assholes

The People, united, will never be defeated.

International Corporate warmongers are trying to convince us that President Obama is the architect of a post-freedom America.

But it all already happened.

Bush I and II accomplished their mission. A Bush New World Order has been unfolding publicly since 1980.

Acorn was a grassroots uprising to assist and empower the poor and oppressed.

If you are capable of criticizing their methods and tactics, their legitimacy or their motives...

you are engaging in class warfare.

Every argument and protest, every undercover sting operation erodes the unification of all people, everywhere.

When G.H.W. and G.W. Bush, Dick Cheney, Xe (Blackwater) and Monsanto go unpunished and continue to reap profit and power

and you pretend to be a pimp looking for a place to live because you are afraid that Acorn helps get people to vote...

what are you defending?

Ya Basta.

For the Grandmothers

Yesterday my neighbor became a grandmother.

Today i awoke feeling sad for the things that have disappeared within my 35 years of life...

things i cherish only in memory, fantasy and optimistic action.

Since the Bicentennial of the U.S.A. alot has changed.

We moved the Wars for Profit from Guatemala and Vietnam to Iraq and Afghanistan.

All of our communications are being recorded.

Our voting system is being controlled by warmongers.

Our food is chemically sustained and genetically modified.

We are told (and tear-gassed, and clubbed, and arrested) that we must agree on fighting a military war against indigenous people in the name of Security
and we must live our lives as though it is not happening
and it will never end.

We are being forced to choose which President is at fault for eroding the pride and momentum of our nation.

Democrats have become corporate employees and Republicans have become delusional fanatics.

Corporations are creating huge new stadiums and casinos across the nation while libraries, parks and public pools are shutting down for lack of funds and overburdened resources.

This newborn babe is blissfully ignorant of all that bullshit.

I join his mother and grandmothers in hope that the cycles of war and exploitation dominating our world

will diminish from the realm of action to only that of thought

by the time this child of children has their own.

Post Nationalism via Corporate Terrorism

Bush II was our leader when we were attacked on September 11.

He convinced us that there was a new enemy in our world, a network of subversives that had no country, uniform or legitimacy to call their own.

This allowed us to be further subjugated by a network of corporate rulers that extends through all countries, supplies all uniforms and expands it's self appointed legitimacy through war and exploitation.

It is historical fact, G.W. Bush went to war in Iraq because he believed he was fulfilling the divine prophecy of battling Gog and Magog.

Since peace and love are the core beliefs of every spirituality, President Bush turned his own nation into the one he sought to destroy.

"This confrontation is willed by God, who wants to use this conflict to erase his people's enemies before a New Age begins" G.W. Bush

Capitalism is not in the Constitution or Declaration of Independence

Yesterday i finally saw Michael Moore's latest film.

It is a brilliant, compelling nonpartisan exploration of how corporations have taken control of the U.S.A. since 1980.

Today i awoke with an original thought i cannot dismiss...

The power of corporate money lies in it's passive assumed legitimacy...

Every price for items and services on Earth is assumed to be negotiable on every level except "Corporate Policy".

On the human level of interaction on the planet in real time,

free market capitalism places the mathematical advantages of account balances over quality of life for everything in existence.

It is more profitable to have consumers dependent on a destructive system of endless and accelerating supply

than to encourage innovation through charity, sustainability and compassion.

~

In my 35 years of breathing American air, drinking government water and shitting corporate poo...

One thousand dollars was serious business. As a child, the candy bar that advertised it's richness was $100,000. When we spoke of the distant past, it was hundreds of years ago. Ancient times numbered in the thousands.

Then the word for inconceivable numbers became million. Never became "not in a million years." Rich people became millionares.

Then G.H. Bush fucked up the U.S.A. for twelve years.

The government of the U.S.A. confronted us with a new number that was so large it did'nt make sense, the billion. We apparently owed it to other governments around the world. Apparently the price of destroying Communism was that we added three zeros to our conception of money.

Then Clinton handed corporations all of the power of the U.S. economy through N.A.F.T.A. so he could pay off the interest on our loans.

Then G.W. Bush fucked the world up for eight years.

Like father like son... or a shitty deja vu...

we are adding three zeros again.

The difference this time is that the corporations at fault for all of this destructive bullshit are not doing it in the name of siezing power or guarding popular interests...

this time they are doing it in the name of maintaining spreadsheet programs and analyst speculations that stand on the nonexistant legitimacy of decades of lies.

There is one part of Capitalism: A Love Story that is hinted at and briefly discussed on the steps of a Federal building in D.C. ~

the revelations of economic threats and inequities is being orchestrated by a hidden entity at the highest levels of the U.S. government.

How high?

It cannot be forgotten and must be addressed in the name of all who have died for life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness...

Ronald Reagan was a corporate shill actor, literally. His right hand man and Vice-President was G.H. Bush, who was the leader of the C.I.A.

If I had the power and clearance to cleanse the U.S.A. of illegal and destructive practices I would start with the C.I.A. and Bush I...

and let it all end with Bush II and the chain he wrapped around his dick.

Then President Obama would have the righteous ability to govern over a people that are not confused and frustrated by trying to comprehend the revisionist propaganda of a radical minority of white collar oppressors.

Keystone Anarchy, the G 20 and Cold War optimism as Third World tides arise.

"I was always a big believer in - when I was doing organizing before I went to law school - that focusing on concrete, local, immediate issues that have an impact on people's lives is what really makes a difference and that having protests about abstractions [such] as global capitalism or something, generally, is not really going to make much of a difference." ~ President Obama

source: http://www.toledoblade.com/apps/pbcs.dll/article?AID=2009909200322

"One of the things that we'll highlight at the G-20 - and maybe the protesters are missing this - is that I and other world leaders are very interested in making sure that the excesses of global finance are reined in," he said, "that we've got a regulatory framework and structure that assures you are not seeing the sorts of abuses that resulted in this most recent financial crisis that did create enormous hardship for Main Street." ~ President Obama

~ Sometimes the losers gain more in defeat than the victors realize in conquest.

The concept of First, Second and Third world nations is propaganda and has been since the Cold War began. Corporate media continues to use "Third World" as an undesirable direction that the U.S.A. is headed.

There is only one world.

In this world, the people cannot stop traffic to protest the actions of our leaders.

When we do, we are arrested. We are maced. We are tear gassed. Now we are driven away from our gatherings by sonic cannons that make anywhere within earshot uninhabitable.

For now, the corporate funded crowd control is only used to defend meetings like the G20, I.M.F., World Bank, D.N.C. and R.N.C.

All media coverage concentrates on the minority of protesters that resort to violence.

Why is the legality of a march or protest a legitimate reason to dismiss dialogue

while the legality of our elections, financial systems and wars remain in question?

This is how the Federal Government has mutated from a defender of Liberty to a regulator of it...

My Right to speak freely in public and on the internet

is monitored by the same Federal Organizations that allow G.W. Bush to violate National and International Laws and Resolutions that protect us all in the eyes of the law.

The legal system has been circumvented. G.W. Bush was made President by the Supreme Court of Florida... the same Judicial Branch that he ignored actually enabled his initial coup d'etat.

Serious Position: LONG

George W. Bush did many, many bad things besides instigating the 9/11 attack on our shores.

He destroyed the U.S. Dollar as well, throwing the entire global economy into chaos.

Nothing will ever be the same again.

At the end of Bush II's presidency Sirius Satellite Radio was financially obliterated with it's stock falling from almost 3$ per share to one nickel per share.

The entire platform of satellite radio was selling for 20 shares to one U.S. Dollar.

Live, unedited, uncensored music and discussion within the United States of America was selling for $0.05.

Sirius rises.

Freedom of Speech is priceless, satellite radio costs 50 cents a day.

I have no faith in stock markets, white collar business ethics or effective regulation through our legal system.

I believe that the U.S. Dollar (and all paper/digital currency) does not hold any legitimate claim towards any value given to it.

Into this alleged free-market, capitalist system one corporation has been given permission to broadcast satellite radio from coast to coast ( effectively from Canada to Guatemala... and global with the internet. )

The only other way this technology could have been unleashed on us by now would have been if the Federal Government funded the satellites as a public works project...

but they were too busy covering Bush II and Cheney's tracks

and fighting two wars across the globe.

So now the financial world is in turmoil and the "true" value of stocks and currencies are in question.

As Sirius rises from the stinking ashes of Bush II's destruction, I wonder if it's contrived collapse was created to strengthen the stock as a bellwether for U.S. cultural finances.

Bush Burns

For eight years G.W. Bush advanced his religious beliefs on the entire world. His father was doing the same as Vice President twenty nine years ago.

Generations of Bush Christianity have shaped the world we live in.

President Obama is a placeholder for their next move.

"The president of the United States, in a top-secret phone call to a major European ally, asked for French troops to join American soldiers in attacking Iraq as a mission from God.

Now out of office, Chirac recounts that the American leader appealed to their “common faith” (Christianity) and told him: “Gog and Magog are at work in the Middle East…. The biblical prophecies are being fulfilled…. This confrontation is willed by God, who wants to use this conflict to erase his people’s enemies before a New Age begins.”

This bizarre episode occurred while the White House was assembling its “coalition of the willing” to unleash the Iraq invasion. Chirac says he was boggled by Bush’s call and “wondered how someone could be so superficial and fanatical in their beliefs.”

"...A French-language Swiss newspaper, Le Matin Dimanche, printed a sarcastic account titled: “When President George W. Bush Saw the Prophesies of the Bible Coming to Pass.” France’s La Liberte likewise spoofed it under the headline “A Small Scoop on Bush, Chirac, God, Gog and Magog.” But other news media missed the amazing report.

Subsequently, ex-President Chirac confirmed the nutty event in a long interview with French journalist Jean-Claude Maurice, who tells the tale in his new book, Si Vous le Répétez, Je Démentirai (If You Repeat it, I Will Deny), released in March by the publisher Plon."

"...Recently, GQ magazine revealed that former Defense Secretary Donald Rumsfeld attached warlike Bible verses and Iraq battle photos to war reports he hand-delivered to Bush. One declared: “Put on the full armor of God, so that when the day of evil comes, you may be able to stand your ground.”

Controlling Discussion

Political parties do not exist in the U.S. Constitution or Declaration of Independence.

In 2000 the Republican party forced a Florida court to name G.W. Bush as president.

In 2004 we were denied entrance to political rallies if we did not sign loyalty oaths.

Now it is nearing 2010 and the same people that would not let me gather at their rallies are standing on soapboxes at town halls across our nation.

I was born six months before Nixon resigned in disgrace.

In my life Republicans erode peace and prosperity from Vietnam to Afghanistan, Abu Ghraib to the Iran-Contra scandals. Donald Rumsfeld accused the Pentagon of making over two trillion dollars disappear and the next day our nation was attacked on 9/11.

For eight years Bush offered no protection or guidance regarding economic crisis. He started two wars that continue to this day.

So now the Republicans deny their party affiliations (which were required to attend their public gatherings) and grandstand for the sake of chaos.

~

"Though not legally binding, the Republican National Committee (RNC) used both signed Loyalty Oaths and spoken Loyalty Pledges as a requirement to attend certain 2004 re-election campaign speeches, a possible first in U.S. election history.

During the 2004 presidential campaign, the campaign of George W. Bush routinely required all attendants at its rallies to take what some have called a "loyalty oath". Those who refused to take the oath were not allowed to attend the rally. The "loyalty oath" was actually a pledge of endorsement. These endorsements were used during some of the campaign rallies in 2004. The Bush campaign asserted that the oath was valid because the president was conducting a partisan campaign event. Opponents countered that the oath was intrusive to individual conscience, somewhat fascist in nature and denied general public access to the president.[5] [6] [7]" http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Loyalty_oath

"PORT ST. LUCIE, Fla.—"I want you to stand, raise your right hands," and recite "the Bush Pledge," said Florida state Sen. Ken Pruitt. The assembled mass of about 2,000 in this Treasure Coast town about an hour north of West Palm Beach dutifully rose, arms aloft, and repeated after Pruitt: "I care about freedom and liberty. I care about my family. I care about my country. Because I care, I promise to work hard to re-elect, re-elect George W. Bush as president of the United States." http://slate.com/id/2108852/

Fault the Logic

The technologies of First World nations are eroding social traditions.

Thirty years ago, if you liked to watch other people have sex, you were publicly labeled a pervert or peeping tom. Now we can use our phones and computers to record and view anything.

It is illegal to grow natural plants but everyone is encouraged to take their pills. Drink their booze.

Privacy was sacred, it caused President Nixon to resign. Bush II violated every possible aspect of privacy in his defense of terrorism... and President Obama supports continuing the extreme and total surveillance.

G.W. Bush continues to live unchallenged and unpunished for his lies and violations. President Clinton faced a Congressional Inquiry because a woman touched his penis. Ralph Nader is still shut out of debates.

The morality involved in the value of each human life has been obscured by the alleged effectiveness of surgical strikes and predator drones.

It is tragic that the same culture capable of harnessing electricity

allows it to harm us in ways human beings never could.

Symptoms of Systematic Stress

Tension and gravity are two effects of inertia that help to stabilize life on earth.

The majority of people on earth probably have racial bias toward their own communities.

One job of a good teacher is to liberate students from ignorant, traditional beliefs like racism.

One job of a good cop is to protect and defend people so that they can be safe in their homes.

The policeman is likely a good cop and he risks his life daily protecting us all. He experiences stress that most teachers cannot imagine.

The policeman is likely racist, but he is not capable of speaking frankly about it because he would lose his job.

Drinking together is a subtle reprimand. If people are willing to escalate institutional racism when they are in the power position, they must be prepared for public scrutiny.

Open dialogue enables the aggressive emotions created by the fear of stereotypes to evaporate.

The only people insisting to me that the police officer is not a racist happen to be racist as well.

Which is exactly what 9-11 was.

they still shape our public dialogues.

Jul 28, 2009

Bush is still to blame.

The U.S. Government has increased it's inability for public dialogue to the epic levels of G.W. Bush himself... who walks free and unchallenged after eight years of lies, international violations, domestic terrorism and two stolen elections.

President Obama is morally obligated to focus all First Nations as the foundation of any National Recovery Plan.

They would not need food stamps if their herds were not thinned to comply with legal actions.

they have been (or are being) stolen by rich white men

But now white folks stand guard in Texas and Arizona, wishing the Berlin Wall was in their backyard.

5 years after freedom of expression was handcuffed and arrested... no resolution, no justice.

http://www.indypendent.org/2009/06/04/peoples-lawyer/

The People’s Lawyer

By Ann Schneider
From the June 5, 2009 issue | Posted in Columns , Local | Email this article

The battle for justice for the more than half-million peaceful protesters of the August 2004 Republican National Convention continues with Mayor Bloomberg’s Law Department doing everything it can to delay the day of reckoning.

Five years after activists were illegally spied upon, swept up in mass arrests and held in toxic conditions in a dirty bus barn, the New York Civil Liberties Union and National Lawyers Guild are still fighting to get the full picture of the City’s conspiracy to disrupt lawful protest.

More than 50 lawsuits challenging the deprivation of civil liberties are still pending, although 87 protestors have accepted settlements. Of the 1,806 people arrested during the week of the RNC, 90 percent had their charges dropped.

How is the City managing to delay being possibly found liable for damages? Under federal rules of civil procedure, a federal magistrate, not a full lifetime-tenure judge, makes rulings on garden-variety discovery disputes. These decisions have the full force of law, and recourse to a federal judge is available under Rule 72 only if the magistrate’s decision is demonstrated to be “clearly erroneous or contrary to law.”

So rather than comply with magistrate orders to turn over secret NYPD documents and allow questioning of police officials about their policies in July and August 2004, the City continues to invoke Rule 72. Since the civil rights suits were filed in 2005, the city has invoked Rule 72 at least 10 times. Each time the rule is invoked, it causes delay, sometimes for as much as a year.

IN HINDSIGHT: NYPD policies for the 2004 Republican National Convention have led to more than
50 court battles over violations of civil liberties. PHOTO: INDYMEDIA.ORG

Interestingly, in March 2007, while these court battles were raging, someone leaked hundreds of documents marked “NYPD Secret” to the press. The documents detailed how undercover agents were sent to at least 15 places outside New York City 18 months before the RNC for the purpose of spying on activists and identifying “potential terrorists.”

The City blamed the civil rights lawyers for the leak. As a result, the deposition of David Cohen, NYPD deputy commissioner for intelligence, came to a halt. His transcript was sealed, and much of it is still under embargo. Ultimately, the city’s lawyers backed down and admitted they did not know who leaked the documents. The City is still resisting further disclosure.

Cohen, a former senior official in the CIA’s clandestine services department, was hired in 2002 by NYPD Commissioner Ray Kelly to build a CIA-style intelligence department within the NYPD, which is detailed in Christopher Dickey’s 2009 book, Securing the City.

Plaintiffs’ lawyers contend Cohen “formulated policy through the presentation of distorted intelligence data that culminated in the formulation and adoption of the nosummons and blanket fingerprinting policies,” and therefore he should be added as a defendant to the civil rights suits. On Jan. 23, 2008, magistrate Judge James C. Francis granted this request, finding that Cohen “holds a high rank in the NYPD and was therefore in a position to understand and influence policy-making for the RNC.” The Magistrate went further, writing, “The record indicates that Commissioner Cohen initiated the RNC surveillance program.”

This the Law Department could not abide. The City again invoked Rule 72, arguing that Francis’ order was highly prejudicial and “clearly erroneous.” Thirteen months later, on Feb. 21, 2009, Judge Richard Sullivan affirmed his Magistrate, saying Francis’ decision was “extremely thorough and well-reasoned.”

The City did not get the hint, moving to reargue rather than letting the case move toward trial. It got its day in court May 6 when a clearly annoyed Judge Sullivan told the City, “You’ve presented nothing new. These are arguments you’ve already made. You’re trying for a third swing at the bat … I find your tone frankly insulting.”

One can only speculate why the City is fighting so hard to keep Cohen from being added as a defendant and being forced to testify. As of September 2008, the city had spent $6.6 million just on lawyer’s fees.

Jeffrey Rothman, attorney for several of the plaintiffs, said that he believes the City is dragging its feet in part to avoid damage to the mayor during his re-election campaign or to his political heir-apparent, Ray Kelly.

“It is our hope this litigation will achieve accountability for the NYPD’s illegal, dishonest and oppressive practices during the RNC,” Rothman said, and “will help to prevent similar abuses by the NYPD in the future.”

What did Bush Cartel defend?

When G.W. Bush stole the 2000 election our economy was stable and growing. The U.S. Government was engaged in the War on Drugs without sustained international military occupations. The World Trade Towers still existed.

Eight years later,

our financial banking system has collapsed. Major U.S. based global corporations are failing to bankruptcy. Unemployment rises. Home values decline. Inflation looms over us all.

We wage major military wars in Iraq and Afghanistan and have created civil unrest in Pakistan. Israel began 2009 with an invasion into Palestine.

Europe is purchasing U.S. corporations that have been the foundation of our economy for many decades.

Our privacy rights have disappeared.

Our health care costs are higher than the rest of the world.

Our food is losing quality and gaining cost.

Our environment is being devastated by our industry and lifestyle.

What was successfully protected and defended?

Same Old Shit

I am glad Mr. Obama beat John McCain and became president.

Ralph Nader would have been even better.

A traditional, indigenous Dine' (Navajo) grandmother/freedom fighter like Pauline Whitesinger would have been best, in my opinion.

I hope to live to bear witness to a State of the Union address that is translated into English from an indigenous tongue.

That said,

the U.S.A. is still ensnared in the seesaw battle of Republicans and Democrats.

At this point both sides are warmongers.

The primary difference right now is that when Republicans wage war it benefits the U.S. economy, when the Democrats do the same our economy weakens.

In my 35 years of life there have been 4 wars, one started by Dwight Eisenhower and the other three by George W and H.W. Bush.

All three of those men are Republicans.

Democrats are not capable of maintaining peace.

Something has to change.

urgent plea for help from the navel of the Americas.

May 4th, 2009

San Cristóbal de las Casas,

Chiapas, México

To members of the other campaign both national and international

To the alternative national and international media

Sisters and brothers in national and international resistance movements

Cordial greetings! We are writing you today to ask for your strong and committed support in action and solidarity in the search for justice for 8 activists unjustly and illegally imprisoned, tortured, badly treated, stigmatized by the media, and now awaiting possible incarceration for false accusations. Presently these activists, Jerónimo Gómez Saragos, Antonio Gómez Saragos, Miguel Demeza Jiménez, Sebastián Demeza Deara, Pedro Demeza Deara y Jerónimo Moreno Deara, members of the Other Campaign and residents of Ejido San Sebastián Bachajón, in the municipality of Chilón, detained on April 13th, 2009; as well as Alfredo Gómez Moreno y Miguel Vázquez Moreno, who is a a member of the Zapatistas, and was detained on the 17the and18th of April in the prison “El Amate” CERESS 14 in Cintalapa, Chiapas, Mexico. In the course of the next 4 days, ending on Friday, May 8th, the state will decide whether these activists are innocent and free from the crimes which they are falsely accused or whether they will be incorporated in the corruption of this government and imprisoned.

These activists, members of the Other Campaign and the Zapatistas, among the most active of those working for social change, are part of the first dignified voices to proclaim themselves against the new highway project that will connect the cities of Ocosingo and Palenque. These projects will initiate the basic infrastructure for a series of massive projects proposed by the government and multinational corporations. These projects engage in the theft of the abundant natural resources in the region and the implementation of a large scale tourism business that will destroy the surrounding environment.

If we allow this process to continue in silence, we, the national and international community will leave open the possibility for this government to continue their crimes; allowing repressions to continue against social activists; giving permission to torture, intimidate, and detain anyone that defends their legitimate right to live without fear and demand their basic human rights; we will allow them to continue to develop massive projects that will lead to the destruction of a dignified life for any human being.

Now is an important and urgent moment to act in every way possible to achieve liberty for these activists. In the next few days any type of political act in your city or country that will call attention to the unjust detention of these activists and support this struggle for basic human rights will help. We need to pressure the state government and administration of Juan Sabines Guerrero to liberate these political prisoners. Any act is useful whether it be in group or individual; marches, letters to the government of Chiapas and the federal government of Mexico, signed petitions, calls and letters to the press…will all bring attention to these injustices.

Sincerely,

Adherents to the sixth declaration of the Lacandon jungle, San Cristóbal de las Casas, Chiapas, México.

Encyclopedic evolution

Before Wikipedia,

comprehensive references on factual topics were most rapidly found in printed encyclopedias. This physically limited the amount of topics found in each series. Being printed as an indexed topic in an encyclopedia inevitably added cultural legitimacy to any topic.

The internet is enabling no limits to direct textual, audio and visual referencing of both archived and real-time, live forms of information.

The printed past is creating the initial trajectory of digital humanity.

Now anyone who learns of the worldwide web is capable of contributing or ingesting any aspect of this live electrical global collaboration~

which is not only evolving encyclopedias.

This net is evolving everything it touches.

Relationships, business, currency, gaming, communication...

for less than twenty years a new dimension has been actively participating in local and global life.

obstacles to Earthen salvation.

Politics and religion are heavily affecting our discussions of what is essential and necessary to transform society into a naturally sustainable process.

Certain aspects of modern culture in the U.S.A. and "first-world" societies cultivate problems that logically transcend the reactionary public conversations.

1~ Reliance on fossil fuels and electricity is depleting the land, air and oceans.

2~ Our buildings, streets and infrastructure such as water and sewage are typically being used to full capacity, with repairs moving slower than the rate of decay.

3~ A majority of people in the U.S.A. have never killed or grown the food that they eat every day.

4~ Bio and genetic engineering are replacing natural species of crops and livestock, making food that requires corporate chemicals to thrive.

5~ Democracy originating from the U.S.A. defined itself through Revolution that deliberately cast off a foreign nation's military and asserted moral and legal rights for all people everywhere, in writing.

6~ Peace and freedom are never created or maintained through war or intimidation.

All of the value in "supply and demand" logic that has always been the rational validity of Capitalism and Free Market Economies was transformed when the mathematics of the financial delivery system move from the realm of billions into trillions...
just because people lied about numbers being digitally traded between banks, governments and corporations.
Bookkeepers added three zeros to global financial markets. ( It is an interesting coincidence that this massive increase in mathematical economic modelling occurred shortly after computer scientists successfully developed the first "Petaflop" processing speed (1,000,000,000,000,000 calculations per second) .

Obama bummed me out.

Today the President of the United States of America devastated my hope and optimism for a better world.

He is intelligent and I know he cares about our nation and a better life for all generations to come. He is forced to deal with Bush policies that have ruled the land since 1980. He is attempting to revitalize a country that was ruled for eight years by the war criminal, G.W.Bush.

For those reasons and more, I have remained silent regarding his amplification of the war in Afghanistan. His failure to publicly investigate the possible (likely) violations of National and International laws by the Bush regime.

I remained silent while watching our government inject 800 billion dollars into financial institutions that have profited for years on legal lies and loopholes.

But now I cry out with rage and frustration.

The vilification of plants, herbs and fungus is an industry that condemns our Earth to destruction.

President Obama is capable of eloquent logic to justify letting Bush walk free, supporting corrupt corporations like AIG, and controlling the opium fields of Afghanistan with U.S. military...

but he uses sarcasm and scorn with regards to hemp.

This is a hopeless stance and I fear for us all.

The legalization of hemp and sin semilla (seedless) herb is not only the most requested topic on Government administered public polls. It is advocated by spiritual leaders and rulers of nations. Scientists and judges are in favor of legalization.

People sing and pray about it.

You've got to free your mind to care.

New developments in the reality of money.

Bush has apparently collapsed the entire value of our monetary system.

In an attempt to legitimize the U.S. economy our new president asks for 800 billion dollars that do not exist

and Congress agrees without even reading the legislation.

So, with the exception of President Obama (perhaps),

our leaders are agreeing to create money they do not have

by methods and strategy that they have not studied.

Or perhaps I am being misled by a Republican who appears to have regained critical thinking abilities after eight years of Bush adoration.

Whisper down the lane

http://www.huffingtonpost.com/robbie-gennet/on-role-models-and-their_b_164378.html

"Two of my favorite things are sitting on my front porch smoking a pipe of sweet hemp, and playing my Hohner harmonica." - Abraham Lincoln (from a letter written by Lincoln during his presidency to the head of the Hohner Harmonica Company in Germany)

"Hemp is of first necessity to the wealth & protection of the country."
- Thomas Jefferson, U.S. President

"Make the most you can of the Indian Hemp seed and sow it everywhere."
- George Washington, U.S. President

"We shall, by and by, want a world of hemp more for our own consumption."
- John Adams, U.S. President

"Penalties against possession of a drug should not be more damaging to an individual than the use of the drug itself; and where they are, they should be changed. Nowhere is this more clear than in the laws against possession of marihuana in private for personal use... Therefore, I support legislation amending Federal law to eliminate all Federal criminal penalties for the possession of up to one ounce of marihuana." - Jimmy Carter, U.S. President

"I inhaled frequently. That was the point." - Barack Obama, U.S. President

"The war on drugs has been an utter failure. We need to rethink and decriminalize our nation's marijuana laws." -Barack Obama, January 2004

"The illegality of cannabis is outrageous, an impediment to full utilization of a drug which helps produce the serenity and insight, sensitivity and fellowship so desperately needed in this increasingly mad and dangerous world." - Carl Sagan, renown scientist, astronomer, astrochemist, author and TV host

"Why use up the forests which were centuries in the making and the mines which required ages to lay down, if we can get the equivalent of forest and mineral products in the annual growth of the hemp fields?" - Henry Ford, whose first Model-T was constructed from hemp fibers and built to run on hemp gasoline

"Prohibition... goes beyond the bound of reason in that it attempts to control a man's appetite by legislation and makes a crime out of things that are not crimes. A prohibition law strikes a blow at the very principles upon which our government was founded" -Abraham Lincoln

"The prestige of government has undoubtedly been lowered considerably by the prohibition law. For nothing is more destructive of respect for the government and the law of the land than passing laws which cannot be enforced. It is an open secret that the dangerous increase of crime in this country is closely connected with this." - Albert Einstein quote on Hemp

"That is not a drug. It's a leaf." - Arnold Schwarzenegger, Governor of California

Let's end with a quote from one of the most clueless U.S. Presidents, who evidently thought of himself as an authority on cannabis:

"I now have absolute proof that smoking even one marijuana cigarette is equal in brain damage to being on Bikini Island during an H-bomb blast" - Ronald Reagan

Perhaps with all the evidence coming out that marijuana may help prevent Alzheimer's, it is possible that Reagan's affliction could have been halted or prevented by the herb he so vilified.

Go Weigh

In my travels I have observed that each place visited has at least one unique, traditional meal that tastes worse and costs more anywhere else on earth.

The Philadelphia cheesesteak (with fried onions)... fish tacos in San Diego (with salsa verde)... key lime pie in the Florida Keys.

These local staples are often marketed by food and restaurant corporations into global commodities.

If this drink becomes a global commodity I pray that it rewards the indigenous culture that it has nourished for thousands of years.

It is made by mixing dry, crushed corn into a hot cup of coffee.

It was shared with me near the Four-Corners area of the U.S, on land that was threatened by thirty years of mining.

It made a delicious and simple breakfast and tasted best with freshly ground corn.

1,000,000,000,000 reasons to indict G.H.W. and G.W. Bush ( and probably Jeb too )

The Bush family was attacked when it held the White House for a second time.

It has left again, this time adding three zeros to our debt.
We have military wars raging across Earth.
A majority of the population is physically and emotionally addicted to drugs.
Prison and Privatized War are growth industries.

Time will make it evident that we have been living with this trillion dollar debt for most of G.W. Bush's time in office. This was hidden from us by lies and misdirections...

Asking us to confront a trillion dollar debt simultaneously with a radical change in Presidents

damns us all to accept the final byproduct of the Bush Legacy :

turning the fruits of our labors into economic, environmental and emotional

degradation.

CHANGE we can enjoy life in

The goal of military, political and economic security should be increased freedom, liberty and expression.

National development of border conflicts and prison industries will only ever create increased escalation of misery.

Our public efforts need a shift in focus towards increasing fellowship and compassion.

The most compelling argument for success and security within the United States of America
is that it

stops defending what was and limiting what can be.

~

The majority of people on earth are still living very close to it. They are a part of it for their entire lives, 24 hours a day 7 days a week. The most crucial need for their success and survival is a healthy environment.

The industrialized people of earth are using electricity and technology to alter the natural progression of society and nature.

The internet has evolved into a new dimension interacting with our planet, enabling the industrialized people of earth to collaborate and interact without regard for physical boundaries.

Perhaps this "liberation from physical constraints" that We Industrialized People promote

is what justifies the corporate wars and police-state evolution.

Maybe success for everyone lies in the paradox of this global hive-mind moving from the mess and dangers of birth into responsible respect for the remnants of the Natural World.

This cannot be accomplished through stimulus packages or escalation of troop deployments.

We need to change our focus of change.

Bare crap

"Does a bear shit in the woods?" is a slang expression of the English language that is a response meaning "Yes!"

example: question " Is the Bush family guilty of war crimes?"

answer " Does a bear shit in the woods?"

U.S.A. anew

The U.S. political, military and corporate leadership has made ( electing Barack Obama has made ) a generational advance in evolution.

AP Photo

The baby-boomer generation has left much to be dealt with.

There is a momentum to the legacy of Bush that must be slowed and put to rest.

Then we can heal ourselves and the earth. Cultivate peace within and beyond our borders.

But for now, our popular society is exploiting nature and devastating cultures in the name of financial success.

We wage wars across the planet.

Her powerful and righteous conversation needs to replace corporate media rhetoric.
